Missing from Lincoln, NE and remains found in Hamilton, ON. I thing it is improbable that it's the same person. How did they rule out foul play in the corpse?

I figured it is a long-shot...but I also figured that there is no harm in e-mailing the detective to see if there is a possibility.

Rodney had no tattoos or piercings at the time of his disappearance, he is 'O' positive blood type. He was traced to Denver, Co. and has not been heard from or seen since before March of 2008. He loves the internet, but I can not find anything newer than late 2007 or very early 2008.

I was laid off from the SCOT Project in January 2006 and and survived until June 2006. At that time I was pending eviction from my apartment and termination of electricity in my apartment. I decided I didn't want to depend on my family for subsistance again and that my best chance of survival would be in Denver. So the evening of June 29th, I boarded a AMTRAK Train to denver.
