LE think that it may be an M80 that left a little 4 year old boy severly injured after his mother left him home alone.
Adonneka Gilchrist left her son home alone and he blew up a "firecracker" she had left on a coffee table. The little boy lost a thumb, and three fingers, and is blinded in one eye and had his eardrum shattered. Also found at the home was a semiautomatic pistol that was stolen. Ms. Gilchrist is facing a slew of charges.
I just dont get it. My daughter is 6 and I still check on her constantly even is she is just in another room of the house. I couldn't imagine leaving her home alone.
A firecracker on the table, and a 6 year old home alone?? Why do people think there are laws about leaving children home alone??? I hope this poor little guy is able to make a good recovery from this.
