Sheriff: No Apology For Cindy Anthony; 'I Don't Need Grandma,' Searcher Says
ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Orange County sheriff and the founder of a group scouring Central Florida for missing Caylee Anthony sent harsh messages to the child's grandmother Wednesday as a search for the child continued.
Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary initially made a plea for more volunteers in the search for Caylee.
"We will take any help we can get," Beary said. "The initial evidence, even though it is not totally conclusive has come back with some decomposition of a body. I hope that is not the case because I'm a dad."

New Charges For Casey Anthony Amid Reports Of New Attorney
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- New criminal charges were filed against Casey Anthony on Wednesday and Eyewitness News has learned she could be getting a powerful local attorney.
The new charges are unrelated to her daughter Caylee's disappearance. They stem from Casey's arrest Friday night, when she was accused of stealing money from her friend's checking account. The friend, Amy Huizenga, says Anthony stole several checks and cleaned out her bank account while Huizenga was vacationing in Puerto Rico.

Sedating Chemical Found In Casey Anthony's Car
Three sources close to the investigation into missing toddler Caylee Anthony told WESH 2 that preliminary lab results show there was chloroform in mother Casey Anthony's car.
Chloroform is a chemical that was used years ago to sedate patients before surgery. A chemist told WESH 2 it is a fairly-hazardous material not readily available to consumers.
Sources told WESH 2 the level of chloroform in her car was "suspiciously high." They also told WESH 2 that her computer confiscated within hours of her July arrest, show visits to Web sites with information on chloroform.

Also late Wednesday afternoon, a cadaver dog alerted on an area in the search for Caylee Anthony just south of the Orlando International Airport. It's near the same place where search teams have been scouring the woods trying to find Caylee's body.
Orange County investigators were at the scene Wednesday evening to investigate the discovery made by the Body Hunters, an organization out of Ohio. That group said their own cadaver dogs hit on something. Investigators told Eyewitness News they did not believe the find was likely to have anything to do with the Caylee Anthony case but homicide detectives had been called out just in case.

ATTORNEY SAYS HE WILL REPRESENT CASEY'S PARENTS
http://www.wftv.com/news/17382107/detail.html
There was a big development Thursday concerning George and Cindy Anthony. High-profile attorney Mark Nejame said he will represent them, but not Casey. Mark Nejame told Eyewitness News he has decided he will take on Cindy and George Anthony's case.
However, he said he has not spoken to the Anthonys so far Thursday, so it is not a done deal. The Anthonys met with the high-profile attorney at his office Wednesday afternoon. Nejame said a friend recommended they meet with him for guidance. He said they did not talk about Casey Anthony.
Nejame said he would not be taking over Casey's case, but instead would be representing George and Cindy Anthony. He said, if he steps in, he would help deal with the negative publicity.
Eyewitness News also talked to Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, about the situation and he said he thinks George and Cindy Anthony need an attorney because right now "they are being vilified on TV."
Eyewitness News asked Nejame if it would be a pro bono case and he would only say he did not want to talk about finances; however there would be some people contributing to the fund.

CINDY ANTHONY MAKES STRONG STATEMENT VIA EMAIL
http://www.wftv.com/news/17382107/detail.html
Late Thursday morning, Eyewitness News received a statement from Casey Anthony's mother. In an email, she blasts the bounty hunter who helped get Casey released on bond and the organizer of the search organization.
"Leonard Padilla and Tim Miller came to me under false pretenses. Both claiming their sole purpose to find Caylee alive. Tim Miller misrepresented his intentions, and is falsely accusing me of not cooperating with him, when it is evident his motives were to obtain publicity for his organization at the expense of exploiting my granddaughters disappearance. Tim Miller tried to discredit Kid Finders Network by falsely stating that they tried to pull out of the search for Caylee. Mr. Miller also claims that he spent twelve hours in my home with my family including Casey, when in fact he spent only a few hours total with me and minutes with Casey. This is an example of Tim Miller following in Leonard Padillas footsteps. Although I feel his organization has a purpose, his misrepresentation has tainted the efforts of so many people with good intentions. I would have expected Tim Miller to speak with me one on one, rather than me hearing him on Nancy Grace."

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/ent...020-to-lo.html
ABC's "20/20" will turn to the baffling saga of missing Caylee Anthony in its Friday broadcast.
Here's how the newsmagazine described the segment about Caylee: "In an exclusive report, '20/20' will air never-before-seen home videos and photographs offering new insights into her young life with her mother, Casey, who remains at the center of the investigation. Elizabeth Vargas' report also includes interviews with Caylee's grandparents and Casey's brother and a former boyfriend, as well as a detailed account of events from the time Caylee disappeared."
The report will feature reporter Walter Pacheco of the Orlando Sentinel. The newsmagazine airs at 10 p.m. Friday on WFTV-Channel 9.

Discovery Channel's Investigation Discovery to Join Search for Caylee!
http://blogs.discovery.com/criminal_...igation-d.html
Rather than sit back and throw stones at others who are not participating, I have decided to take an active role in the search effort.
The Discovery Channel is flying me out to Orlando at 6:00 p.m. today to meet with Tim Miller and his team. I will arrive later tonight and will be joining in the search effort starting tomorrow morning.

CaseyAnthony makes bail, going home Friday
http://callcenterinfo.tmcnet.com/new...04/3634209.htm
Casey Anthony, mother of missing toddler Caylee Marie Anthony, will be released from jail for a second time Friday after her parents made new arrangements for her half-million-dollar bail on a child-neglect charge.
Bond documents show that George and Cynthia "Cindy" Anthony put up the collateral to obtain their daughter's freedom.

Anthony's release
The conditions of her release are the same as before.
""She will be wearing an ankle monitor tied into a phone line at her house. It will keep track of her as long as she's in there. In the home, it's connected to a phone line and periodically, the phone will check to make sure she's there. If she's not, it will call us and let us know," Detective Allen Moore of the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.
Anthony is able to go into the front and back yards of her parents' East Orange County home. One criteria is there is to be no weapons in the home.
Moore said Anthony was well-behaved and didn't cause problems while she was in jail. He said he has been told her number one activity was reading books out of the jail library.
