Whenever this frame decides to move, we may see the tarp set up for the Vigil??? They didn't set it up last week though!

Thank goodness for the tape...it's the only way I know the cam isn't frozen! Hope the wind picks up...makes it easier to spot, lol...

Is the only way to post a screenshot is to upload it to a server then post the link? I'm counting 10-12 peeps lined up on the sidewalk?
