Typically, Jeff has a goatee that he allows to grow at length. AKA:

and at the time of his disappearance had about
a 1-2 week supply of his medications. Clothing: A shirt with colored handprints of his two youngest children on the
front and on the back a poem about fatherhood in black marker,

PINELLAS COUNTY (Bay News 9) -- Police are investigating three suspicious deaths in Pinellas County.
Police are investigating the death of 32-year-old James Jeffery Burnette, following the discovery of his body on Sunday.
Authorities said they found his skeletal remains in a wooded area they described as a transient camp, behind the Sienna Bay Condominiums at 10501 3rd St. N. in St. Petersburg.
The cause of Burnette's death is still under investigation, although authorities say they don't suspect homicide.
Police said Burnette was reported missing on Sept. 19.
