Hopefully by the Prosecutor bringing up the unusal 6 hour visits with JB it will shed some light on this Home Confinement Officer being careless in a way to not realize that this IS an unusal request and defeats the purpose or things the confinement officer is supposed to implement.

JB just has to clarify he was only asking hypothetically about the wedding.

JB saying "I never asked you if she could go to a wedding" HCO responded "It was a hypothetical question.

I guess Baez did not hear her say "hypothetical" (or doesn't know what it means)- What a ditz.

You know she makes a good point...why CAN'T KC ask for permission to search for Caylee? She can leave from her attorney's office to go on her "secret searches"...or she can as for permission and go under the cover of darkness/night...

Ankle monitor is not GPS per testimony Home confinement officer.
It works off Casey's home phone--they can only tell if she is leaving home or not.
State is questioning home confinement officer:
Casey is asking to be away 6 hours every day.....goes to Atty.
Is this unusual for 6hr atty visits every day.
Miss Anthony has been given unusual permission.
Mr Baez asked a hypothetical about going to a wedding...HC officer said No.
State wants to know if Casey would be allowed to Amscot.....HC officer says no, off the top of her head.
HC officer has had defendants ask her to leave the tri-count area...they tell 'em no but go to Court for permission.
State makes point that Baez can ask for exclusions on a place by place basis..can ask the Court---he doesn't need a blanket reshaping of the home confinement set up.

She had already said it was a hypothetical question from her attorney. Run it in the ground Baez.

BS with Baez defending himself about Casey being in his office for six hours at a time. Why is he so defensive?? Who consults with attorney that often??

Asking about going to a wedding in a hypthical question by JB. She said she would say no. She can request anything. Have defendents asked for something from the home confinement officer and been denied have anyone gone to the court to get that granted and she answered yes.
No JB is making a big stink about he never asked about Casey going to a wedding. She restated that he had used the word hypthical. Now he is asking about her answering the county about having 6 hours every day to go to her lawyers which is stupied becasue she is and he asked for that time.
Now judge is asking about having time to travel.

LOL It looked like the Confinement Officer gave a big sigh of relief when she was walking off the stand. But JB was just caught in a lie about the wedding question.

JB thinks "a lot has been made of this motion." He's trying to tie the missing child case to the current charges. He only wants a few hours to travel to a few places with KC to a few places KC has been and places she took LE. JB wants to focus on whether she is a flight risk.

Ahh ha.. I see what Jose is doing. He wants Casey to take him around where she took LE so he can try and come up with the "LE isn't doing their job right" defense.
This travel request has NOTHING to do with finding Caylee. We already knew that.

JB is so over his head in this case. Why hasn't he asked for this from the HCO before?
