Mistake 101...keeping JB as your attorney KC..where she has been for a month??? Do you mean at home or at your office? IN that case, sure let her go to those places LMAO.

This should been shown in every pre-law class. How not to present yourself in a court of law.

Flight risk isn't the issue!!! At least for me.
It's about her wanting to get out of that crazy house. She must miss partying and seeing all her boyfriends!
And it's about the risk of her tampering with evidence, and as someone else pointed out, about her threatening witnesses!!!
I hope the prosecuter mentions this....

JB is doing a terrible job, trying to say she has inadequate time to participate in her defense if she cannot go to places of interest. Oh God. I want to be sick!

I hope they bring up the "threats" she has made to people in this. It is not a good idea to let her go anywhere before the Grand Jury meets.

County opposes traveling to unknown locations and would not be able to verify where she is and where she has been.

State objects because request is too vague, undue administrative burden because it requires extra personel, and "crimes she could commit" while traveling (tampering with evidence?)

Baez is a terrible litigator - he does not seem totally prepared - I'm amazed - he couldn't pinpoint locations that Casey wants to visit - she wants to visit points of interest where the prosecution is still investigating - so she could tamper with evidence
And loved the home confinement manager - FINALLY somone, the state and the manager to say that visiting her lawyer 6 hours a day all week - is odd! LOL

PROSECUTOR
It would be impossible for OCSO to moniter KC - They would have no Idea where she is when she's at these"Unknown locations"
It would also put an undue fiancial burden on OCSO
JB is basically asking that her home confinement be removed

They *never* made this request of home confinement. Ugh, I think Baez is in the wrong jurisdiction.

I feel like I am watching “My Cousin Vinny 2: no girlfriend to save the case.’
I can’t wait til he refers to KC as the “yout in question.”

County Attorney: County does not have the man power to follow Ms. Anthony. In essence this request is a motion to remove home confinement.

Is the hearing almost over? I just got up (on west coast). Has everything been argued but home confinement? Boy, I sure hope the judge denies this. This request is ridiculous!

Forgive me Mods!
I sincerely apologize in advance as this is premature, and the link is not active as of yet.

Good point.
Also, what about tampering with evidence?? Can they not mention that here because it's just about theft charges??
