Jose broke Jailhouse rules by hugging his client - It's against the rules because he could be passing contraband to her...

at the first part of the show....they mentioned that someone from FL had called the state bar and reported JB on what they found out on the news about the touching and hugging stuff and they are doing an investagation....

LP says he doesn't think there is anything to the "hugging"

LP says despite his differences with Jose he respects him & he has a great family

I think they also said A complaint was filed with the FLA BAR against Jose because of the Hugging incidents

Jose says...."I Hug all my clients & I didn't know it was against the rules"

Okay...I'll say it!!! Those were really cute baby pictures!! LP says innocent error in judgement. Psychologist says that lawyer not knowing the rules is a little questionable.
