JB has left the tips sitting at OCSO? I wasn't aware of that.
Possibility of JB not having the $1000 to go get the CD's of tips.
JB accuses reporter of lying that they were there and then says that the CD's are not what they asked for.

Lawyer saying that tips were left to sit because JB was preoccupied with the DP case.
LE sending repeted email reminders to JB to come get the CD's. He once set a time and failed to show up.

NG putting condescending laywer in his place.
Defense getting ready to ask for delay and stating that Judge Strickland will not be the judge hearing the case 1-5-2009.

What a nauseating faker she is!!! I find her REALLY hard to take. The GP's are going across the country to cover a tip...yeah right! They are going to be on the LKL show!

NG knew about the change in judges in this case but the former DP lawyer stated I dont know if they told you or not NG but the judge in this case will not be Strickland. NG nods yes that she was made aware of this..
Makes me believe there is much more going on than we know.
