(WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- He's become one of the most recognized attorney's in Orlando and now Jose Baez is under two investigations by the Florida Bar Association.
The first investigation is about inappropriate advertising and the other about Baez and his dealings with press corps media, the company owned by Todd Black. Both were filed as sworn complaints by someone.
The Florida Bar would not say who filed the complaints or give us details about the investigation.
The Florida Bar did say that a grievance committee met last week on the inappropriate advertising complaint and they should be wrapped up with in a week or two.

Looks like we are running late - its' after 5 PM now - everyone seems to be there, the local stations anyways - no major news stations, CNN, Fox, etc. They are all probably still in DC waiting for the Hilary Clinton confirmation today

Complaints to the bar could be over slayer law/son of sam law violations - where you cannot profit from your crime. If he's getting paid thru advances on a potential book deal for his client, he's violating not only the law but privilege- he wouldn't be allowed to tell what he knows without KC saying yes, and KC can't "sell" that info herself.

He is saying he has been attacked personally by certain tabloid news media and it doesn't personally bother him...but affects him when it affects those close to him. He says he took an oath as that of a defense lawyer.
He says he feels very strongly about going through him to get to his client. Doesn't care what kind of speculation is out there, but gets to the point where it is getting inflamatory...
