OSWEGO, N.Y. — Members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing youth.

Zachary T. Metcalf, 14 years of age, most recently residing in the town of Mexico, who was reported as missing on March 12, 2009.

He was last seen at the Mexico Academy and Central School where he is enrolled as a student and is believed to have left the school on foot last Thursday at approximately 1:00 p.m.

Zachary Metcalf, 14, a youth missing from the Town of Mexico, was located at a Cicero residence yesterday (March 17) afternoon thanks to a tip received by an anonymous caller.

The youth, missing since March 12, last seen leaving the Mexico Academy and Central School on foot, was found safe at the residence and taken into custody by a member of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office around 2:30 p.m.
