Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman last seen at University Park Mall, where she works.

According to Mishawaka police, about 9:30 p.m. March 30, at the end of her shift, Marysol Rios, 18, told her brother, a co-worker, that she needed to retrieve something from her car. She left the mall’s food court, they said, and never returned.

Police say Rios might have spoken to a friend on Friday, according to her parents, but that has not been confirmed.

Rios is described as Hispanic, about 5 feet 4 inches tall and 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is asked to call Mishawaka police at (574) 258-1683.

I can't find any updates either, unfortunately.

I checked all of the Mishawaka news sites and didn't see anything about her being found. I did locate her myspace account and she last logged in on 5/18/2009. Hopefully she was located and someone never notified the media. I did notify the Mishawaka PD about her last myspace login.
