NY - Douglas Hubbard, 52, Elmira, 30 March 2009
Douglas Hubbard of Elmira, NY has been missing since March 30, 2009. He is 52 years old with light brown hair. He is 5'6" tall and weighs 100 lb. He has a medical condition which requires daily medication. Anyone with information should call the Elmira Police Department, 737-5610 or the anonymous tip line, 271-HALT.
