A Logan couple were charged Wednesday in federal court for recording images of the woman having oral sex and simulated intercourse with her two young sons and posting the images on the Internet.
Keith Anderson, 46, a registered sex offender, was arrested Sunday and Terri Anderson, 28, on Tuesday, according to charging documents. Both were charged with a single count of sexual exploitation of a minor following an FBI investigation that originated in Miami, said Melodie Rydalch, spokeswoman for U.S. Attorney Paul Warner.
During an initial appearance in federal court Tuesday, a detention hearing was set for Monday.
The charges were based on the FBI complaint, but there hasn't been a finding of probable cause, said Keith Anderson's court-appointed attorney, Jon Williams.
Williams declined to comment further on the case. ``All I've seen is the (FBI) complaint, which is very one-sided,'' he said.
Court action Wednesday indicated the cases likely will go before a federal grand jury next week. If the grand jury hands up indictments, the suspects would enter pleas in another hearing.
The Andersons, who now live in separate homes on the Wasatch Front, were married in 2002, according to the complaint. On multiple occasions between Jan. 1, 2003 and Sept. 11, 2003, Terri Anderson is alleged to have performed oral sex on her sons from a previous marriage, both under the age of 8. The boys also were depicted performing oral sex and simulating sexual intercourse with their mother, the complaint states.

This makes me physically ill. WTF was the woman thinking of. I pray those kids get counseling and the parents' are stripped of their parental rights. Let these monsters loose in the open population, no protective custody..I promise you they won't last long.
