A 15-year-old girl ran away from a group home on June 27, and police said she didn't take her medication that prevents her epileptic seizures.

Police have asked for the public's help in finding Paige Palmer, who left Diamond House Group Home near 2440 Spaulding St.

Palmer is 5 feet tall and weighs 128 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. Police said she was last seen wearing a tank top and denim shorts and carrying a book bag.
