You know after reading some of Jesse's performance reports w/ the Orlando Police I feel a little down only because it may give the defense that opening to further pursue him at trial. I just don't want that to happen to good people.

I'm reading this differently, Daisy.
Page 6607 is an in-house evidence report about items turned over by JB to Savage/Allen by JB.
The property report that lists 2500 Colonial is in the field marked location where property impounded. This report appears to be catalogueing the move to evidence storage.
Because it includes a forensic testing report also, I have to wonder if these were previously catalogued items that JB was provided for some defence 'testing'?
That is how I am reading 6607-6608.

I just feel bad for Jesse. The fact that he wasn't cut out to be a cop has absolutely nothing to do with Caylee and I don't see where Baez hopes to go with this. It's a shame that anyone who wants to can see every last thing that Jesse did wrong as a recruit just because of what KC did.

I'm pretty sure the 'umbillical cord' was the discarded stump from Caylee. Its has become more common for today's moms to save it as momento. I only got as far as first hair-cut clipping and the odd baby tooth. Never dawned on me to save everything. I guess if the DNA is still viable, it might come in handy.

I feel dirty reading all of the reports on JG. Goes entirely against my beliefs about him in regards to this case.
I'll leave it to you guys and will watch for anything relevant on his interviews only on the other threads. I'm not going to read them.

That address is the OCSO compound. There were some interviews conducted there at one time in this case.
It used to be the old Montgomery Ward store. OCSO has it fenced off and it is their main office with a zillion OCSO cars parked in the parking lot.

Someone on the WESH comment section just wrote that Lee asked for and received immunity months ago. If true, this would be the first I've heard of that. I was just asking if it was true that Lee has asked for and been given immunity as SearchFor Truth says above. I'm kinda lazy about searching for stuff on a website cuz I'm not very good at it.

All Lee got was use immunity. Since he received a subpoena to appear at the deposition, any information given can't be used against him. I believe it is normal procedure.
I would assume George and Cindy would also receive use immunity.
I hope a legal eagle will comment on this.

Based on what I am reading in comments on Orlando Sentinel, this document dump is not going to shed light on the case. Lots of Jesse G. material that may be useful to Baez in trying to move the spotlight over to JG. Some Texas Equsearch reports on findings throughout the searches. A statement from a jail inmate that Casey said Zenaida Gonzalez was "made up" and that she believed her boyfriend had Caylee Marie. Transcripts of George and Cindy interviews that we have seen before.

"At one point, there was concern that Lee Anthony may be charged with obstruction of justice because of contradicting statements he had given to sheriff's investigators in the past. Now that Lee Anthony has been granted immunity he does not have to worry about that any longer. "

Does anyone know off the top of thier head when Casey searched sinkholes? I saw in one of Jesse's reports that he dealt with one and wondered if him telling Casey about it could have caused her to look them up? He reponded to a call about one on 6/20/08
