Tomorrow the defense will rest, closing arguments will be made, and jury deliberations will begin.
Will Cobbin's testify? Today he told the judge he wanted to sleep on it.

Jury to deliberate in day 6 of Cobbins' trial
Judge Richard Baumgartner expects the jury will begin deliberations by Saturday afternoon.

Good morning. I think if Cobbins listens to his lawyer, he won't be testifying. He's not the brightest crayon in the box and I think it would be too easy for the prosecution to trip him up.

Cobbins may still be undecided. If he takes the stand, it will only be to bring more pain and harm to others. I believe he would LIE just because he can.

I have a question maybe one of you could clarify. Gary Christian stated in his testimony that when Channon called that night there was no way that she was being held.. he could tell by the flow of conversation and her demeanor. However, witnesses put her at Chipman Street house at that time and it was late when she called..
I cant imagine those animals allowing her to call her family. Can anyone give insight on this discrepancy? I know its not really significant, it just puzzled me..
Thanks again for keeping us in the loop on this trial.

Testimony by Cobbins would give prosecutors free range to go at him. U know they're doing happy dance right now
Cobbins apparently wants to testify, lawyers trying to talk him out of it
