A 67-year-old Littleton man, last seen in Idaho during a business trip, has gone missing, and police in two states are looking for him.

Leroy Cox was last seen on Wednesday in Idaho Falls, according to a media release from the Denver Police Department.

His white Denali pickup truck, with Colorado license plates 584JSJ, was found Friday abandoned in a Denver hotel parking lot at 200 W. 48th Ave., Denver police said.

Cox last contacted his wife while on his Idaho trip.

The Denver Police Department is assisting Idaho Falls police in the case.

Police describe Cox as a white man, about 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. When last seen, he was wearing a tan shirt and tan pants.

Anyone with information on Cox's whereabouts, or how his truck came to be in Denver, is asked to call Denver police at 720-913-2000.

Denver police are assisting the Idaho Falls, Idaho Police Department in trying to locate a missing man.

Leroy Cox, 67, of Littleton was last seen in Idaho Falls on Aug. 26 while on a business trip.

Cox's white GMC Denali with Colorado license 584JSJ was discovered abandoned on Aug. 28 in Denver at a hotel parking lot located at 200 West 48th Avenue.

Cox has not contacted his wife since he was in Idaho Falls.

He's described as a white male with gray hair and blue eyes. He's 5 feet 11 inches tall and 185 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tan shirt and tan pants.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Denver Police at (720) 913-2000.

All the bodies I remember being found have been identified as other people... but we don't hear about every body they find.
The body in Big Springs, Texas was found in March not April... (though I have no idea why he'd be in Texas.)

There was another body found in April (this month) in/near Running Springs, CA, MsFacetious. The body was described as being that of an elderly male, partially mummified.

There is some speculation that it might be the missing Robert Harrod, although there has been nothing official released to aid in that speculation--it is mostly based on the proximity to the home of one of Mr. Harrod's daughter and son-in-law, who was reportedly the last person to see him alive.

Yeah I was more thinking Idaho/Utah/Colorado/Nevada areas. But really... we have no clue where he might have been...
California and Texas would make equal sense. They are both totally out of the way.
