Daphne Jan 1st. came to house. Stacey says she felt uncorfortable and left on Jan 2nd. In the last trial she said it was because Davidson pulled a gun on her. She left, the rest of the crew stayed and no one stuck up for her.

Seems like Davidson pointing a gun at her would be relevant. Guess it's not protective of his rights to reveal that.

Why can't THIS jury know that she left when Davidson put a gun in her face and that he acted crazy a lot. I hate how they're parsing all this out

Figures, but it's so aggravating. Same for hiding his history of carjacking, etc.
Seems crazy that his pointing a gun at her would be allowed in the last trial, but not in his own trial.

Asking her when she finally started to help LE because she initially lied to them. Decided she needed to help. She's saying they never got drugs from Davidson. Just came to visit. Rome said that was all they were doing.

Never saw Davidson sell drugs. never saw drugs exchanged between people who came there. Drugs were there, she smoked weed, took a piece of Oxycontin. No cocaine.
