I think the ME might testify tomorrow. Below is a what Wiki says about her testimony at the trial of Eric Boyd.
(snip)
According to the testimony of the Knox County Acting Medical Examiner Dr. Darinka Mileusnic-Polchan at the subsequent trial of Eric Boyd, Newsom was repeatedly raped and then blindfolded, gagged, arms and feet bound and his head covered. Barefoot, he was either led or dragged outside the house to a set of nearby railroad tracks. He was shot in the back of the head, the neck, and the back, and his body then set on fire.
Christian's death came only after hours of sexual torture, medical examiner Mileusnic-Polchan testified. Christian suffered horrific injuries to her vagina, anus and mouth. She was not only raped but savaged with "an object," possibly a broken chair leg, the doctor testified. She was beaten in the head. Some type of chemical was poured down her throat, and her body, including her bleeding and battered genital area, likely scrubbed with the same solution - all while Christian was alive, the forensic expert said. She was then "hog-tied," with curtains and strips of bedding, her face covered tightly with a small trash bag and her body stashed inside five large trash bags before being placed inside a large trash can and covered with sheets. Christian died slowly, suffocating, the medical examiner said. [5]

Wow, I just don't know if I could handle hearing all that (ME). Reading it is bad enough, for the life of me I just can't understand how anyone can be so cruel. I was reading a little about Cobbins trail last night and I just can't get over him not getting the death penalty. I am afraid Davidson will not get it either without the jury knowing everything. I really feel these two had the biggest hands in both rapes/ deaths, but all the accused deserve to die. Darn I feel so bad for the parents to have to hear the ME, I think I would have to leave it would just do me in. Thanks for all the updates, I am in and out all day so it's great to be able to come here and read.

Good point. IIRC, Channon had her knees to her chin and was tied up in that position.
Good morning everyone.

I was thinking the same thing..I've just skimmed through them in the mornings and it's unbearable. I can hardly go to the Missing Person threads anymore because of all the poor children missing. I woke up mad about this case around 5am and turned on the news and found out they found that poor little girl from Florida.

I wonder who is paying for his lawyer? I mean it's not like he has any money so how can he afford a lawyer? He isn't a public defender is he?
