Don't know if you could see on WATE's stream of trial but many Newsom family and supporters wore red today. Davidson hates red.

The Newsoms never had an opportunity to give witness impact statements at Cobbins trial but spoke afterward. They are a class act--and love and miss their son dearly. This was so heartbreaking. God bless and comfort them. I hope the jury is able to hear from the Newsoms at LD's sentencing.

Found this DISGUSTING article about Boyd. If you ask me, Gary should have been able to have 5 minutes alone with this guy after the episode that occured below.
Defendant's stares, smiles anger father of fatal carjacking victim
A tense moment developed earlier today during juror questioning after Boyd repeatedly glanced and smiled at the Christian family.
At one point he appeared to mouth "bring it on," according to the Christian family and court security personnel.
Christian's father, Gary Christian, became visibly upset and left the courtroom with a friend. He cooled off and returned a short time later.
Throughout these proceedings and others, Boyd has engaged the families of the victims, often staring at them.

RE: Pictures.......I remember reading at Cobbins trial a police officer testified that there were pictures of Chris on Boyd's phone. It will take me a while (tonight) but when I find the link I will post it.

Good morning all, probably more officers because Davidson is a cocky piece of you know what...and he is intimidating this poor, poor family. I'm completely disgusted with him and our justice system. I edited my post so I wouldn't get banned!!

Nope. That's a child. He (I think) turned his head and I could see the face. He was chewing gum like a child would.
Why bring a child to this?

Not only X-rated but so disturbing, that as an adult, I have a hard time letting my 23 yr. old and 19 yr. old leave the house with out scaring them half to death about what they need to look out for (as if someone could actually prevent what happened to Channon and Chris).
This could hurt this child for a long time.

Good am. Prayers for justice, and the families... to get thru some difficult listening ahead. To facts twisted and probably much sullying of the memory of these victims. If they do too much of this they risk alienating and incensing the jury further. And *I* will be gritting my teeth, and smashing my keyboard. God bless these parents as they endure thru yet another day of the horrors to which their children were subjected.
