Kitchener Man George Nasiakos, 29, Has Gone Missing
Police Concerned He May Bring Harm To Himself

Do You Know George?

Waterloo Regional Police are requesting the publicís assistance in locating a missing 29 year old male.


George NASIAKOS of Kitchener was last seen leaving work in the University Avenue / Phillip Street area of Waterloo on November 2, 2009 and did not return home. Police are concerned he may try to bring harm to himself.


He is described as male/white, 6', green-gray eyes, slim build, brown curly hair, full beard and mustache. He was wearing jeans and a long, black trench coat (to his knees) and black running shoes. He may be wearing glasses.


He may be driving a dark green 1995 dark green Volvo station wagon license plate: BHMD 595


Anyone with information is asked to contact Waterloo Regional Police Division 1 at 519 653 7700 ext. 4499.

Update(s):

His car was found in Waterloo, with no sign of him.

A trucker makes a frequent stop by where his car was found, police were able to find the trucker, who had not seen George.

According to Mapquest, St Clements is about a 20 min drive from Waterloo (ca. 10 miles).

1: Start out going NORTH on REGINA ST S toward WILLIS WAY.
2: Turn LEFT onto WILLIS WAY.
3: Turn RIGHT onto KING ST S/RR-15 N.
4: Turn LEFT onto LOBSINGER LINE/RR-15.
5: Turn RIGHT onto HERRGOTT RD/MAIN ST/RR-10.
6: Welcome to ST CLEMENTS, ON.
