Explosives, arson expert. Was assigned in Knoxville 1/10 and told to travel to Kentucky to locate suspects. Met w other agents in Lebanon to discuss and enlist USMarshalls and other local LE. Stacy Lawson was id'd as gf of suspect, local LE was aware and familiar w her from previous investigations.

Judge doesn't want it implied to jury--after a slip--that GT has previous crimes, need to clarify LE's knowledge of GT is not due to being a defendant. Defense saying "mistrial,"  "it can't be cured your honor..." Judge maintains being known to LE is not necessarily synonymous w being charged w crimes. Will discuss when return.

In my own 'transcribing' of Waggoner's testimony above (post #28) it was clearly SL to whom he's referring as having been previously known to LE... so not clear why this is such an issue.

I wish they would reserve bombshells and interesting witnesses or testimony for times when we aren't asleep, groggy, doing carpool, or having company drop in.

OT: It's snowing in Houston, Texas!! I can count on my hands how many times I have seen it snow here in my 32 yrs. We are suppose to get 1-3inches and alot of schools are letting out early.

People up north make fun of us for shutting everything down for what they see as flurries, but to us, it's something! 
ETA: I just saw your post, Kiki.  I have relatives in Colorado and Montana, so it's a running joke for us when we get snow. lol

Judge instructing jury Agent Waggoner's statement will be clarified. TK has Waggoner tell the jury GT was known to LE only in capacity of being SL's bf.

Same thing here in NC, we get a inch or two of snow and the whole state nearly shuts down. Not to mention the pitiful snow-driving skills around here.

Just wanted to thank everyone posting updates for the trial. My dinosaur computer won't allow me to watch live! I had never heard of this case until I saw Muffet's siggy in another forum. This is truly on of the most horrific crimes I have ever read about. I feel so badly for the families of Chris and Channon, and hope they receive the justice they so badly deserve.

OT: Ugh, It snows alot here....alot.....and schools have only shut down twice that I know of in the past 23 years. Poor kids gotta walk through knee deep snow to get to school or the schoolbus.
