"A Forestville woman who manages a Ruby Tuesday restaurant in upper Northwest Washington did not return home after her shift Monday night, and D.C. police are seeking information from the public about her whereabouts.
Cynthia Ann Passmore, 48, reportedly closed the restaurant in the 4200 block of Wisconsin Avenue at 11 p.m. Monday, police said. Although she has not been seen or been in contact with her family since, police said, her ATM card was used to make withdrawals at several different locations within the District on Tuesday"

"Surveillance footage shows Cynthia Ann Passmore leaving the parking lot of the restaurant early Tuesday shortly after midnight. Police say it appears she was alone at the time, but Passmore never returned home to her family in District Heights, Maryland, or returned to work later in the day."
