Thank you for the updates. This is just horrible, that poor little girl must be terrified. I pray with so many LE and local people out looking for her she comes home safely.

Any ideas what the picture taking was about? Seems this guy is really twisted I have never heard of someone going so far as to take pictures.

Hill said the kidnapper left driving southbound in a light- to medium-brown four-door pickup truck -- possibly a Ford Ranger -- with possible Arizona license plate No. 3HG377, 3HG774, GHG337, 3HJ377 or 3HG774N. The truck has a ladder holder on the top and may have damage to the front driver's side of the vehicle.Natalie and her sisters are staying with their aunt, who has legal custody, and her boyfriend in an apartment in the complex. The girls' parents live out of state.The FBI and National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are helping with the investigation, police said.Police ask that anyone with information on the girl, the truck or the kidnapper call 911 immediately.

They said plates may be 3hg77 or 3hg774 this time......

The codes being broadcast are very different from our local LE, so I'm not catching all I'm hearing, but it seems they are broadcasting the info about this abduction every 15 minutes or so.

They saw a vehicle that they thought might fit, there have been several of those tonight. From what I can figure, we are hearing the start of the calls, if it looks like it will go farther, they switch it to another channel.

Police spokesman Sgt. Andy Hill said that as hours have passed without any sign of the girl and the suspect, authorities are increasingly concerned for the girl's safety.
"Statistically, we are entering a dangerous time," he said.
Police are out in force, searching on foot, by patrol car and with helicopters. They also are working with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the FBI.
According to Hill and witnesses in the area, the suspect was seen taking pictures of the girls with a professional camera with a long zoom lens around 2:15 p.m. The three girls, ages 5,7 and 9, were playing by a tree near their aunt's apartment when he grabbed the 7-year-old and began taking inappropriate photos of her body.
Police said he then let her go, and took the 5-year-old to the truck. While driving out of the apartment complex, he struck another vehicle but did not stop and headed south on 19th Avenue.
Frightened, the girl's older sister went to a neighbor's apartment and began pounding on the door.
The woman who answered, Donna Reed, said the girl was carrying a pink ball and seemed to be shaking.
"She said some man just took her little sister," said Reed, who called 911. "She was a nervous wreck."
Police said they are looking into the possibility that the suspect had been to the complex about a week ago.
