This case just keeps getting worse as time passes.

In the minute entries to their court hearing on Dec 17, the judge ruled that Logan is the father of Gabriel, and if the BC didn't show his name then it could be changed to reflect that he is the baby's father.
(I don't know if I can post a link because the minute entries show mailing addresses.)

I just really think Janet set this adoption up. I believe she had a couple meet EJ in San Antonio, spend a couple of days with her and the baby, then drive to Victoria to an associate attorney to sign the adoption papers. The couple then left with their new bundle of joy and EJ returned to San Antonio and hoped a bus.
I'm going to look for any connections between Janet, Adoption Place and Victoria, Texas.

What crazy stuff. They were asked point blank on NG tonight about the Nashville, Tn connection and they babbled on about having family and what a beautiful place it is, neglected to mention that they got EJ in touch with a friend that does adoption. They must really think they are smarter the LE. LE has the phone records and I don't think they counted on the Smiths for theirs, they probably went right to their provider for accurate records. They have EJs records and pings. The Smiths don't know what LE does and they are doing a lousy job of covering them selves. I am just hoping that EJ viewed baby Gabriel as more valuable to her alive then dead. Where is he?

www.informedadoptions.com/
Not sure if they are the same, but I get this

Interadopt@comcast.net
That website is defunct or there is a spam page there, haven't checked archives.org
Adding... ok, now I am going nuts cause I alsop get this:

I'm not sure either but maybe you can tell us how you found it. Like say it was at the Maricopa County website and you search family court records for Logan's full name.

Nope...you didn't mis-google. That's a home in a residential neighbourhood. Janet Morris' home I presume. Imagine that. Running an adoption agency out of your home. Very professional.

I have a second address as her home address in nashville. I could be wrong or it could be outdated. I can't post it though, because it's her home. But I think I can get away with the one we've been googling, it's business info, public record.

Little more on the agency. According to yellowpages.com, which won't let me copy right now, she has been operating since 2000.

Okay, this may be Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayy OT, but. While I was on that Mantra link about our esteemed attorney there was a link to South TX Children's Home Ministries in Beeville TX. Very interesting. I then looked to see what Victoria has to offer along these lines.... Brownson Home, Victoria, TX.... maybe this attorney has some connections at one of these places....????

I wonder how far Beeville is from Victoria? Also if EJ was in Beeville, would a cell tower from Victoria ping her cell?

It's scary, huh? I think they have this all worked out - from scoping out the mothers who are vulnerable clear through the legalities of taking away the father's rights.

I think it's getting late because I'm starting to believe that TPS doesn't have as much involvement here as we think.
She obviously knew that EJ was on the run from LM. Probably helped her plan it. She would have applauded that because of her own experience with her ex. She did not really try to get her to return. She probably told her to get in contact with this Janet person to find out her options after she had taken one last shot at getting LM to give up his parental rights to Gabriel.
Whatever happened after that was probably set up by Janet Morris. Maybe that's the "underground" help. She's the one who needs the lie detector test IMO.
So maybe TPS doesn't really know the details of what transpired. She'll probably pass the important stuff on the lie detector. JS is probably completely in the dark so he'll pass with flying colours.
MOO
But why would EJ keep quiet?
I'm getting nervious along with you BeanE. The only thing that keeps me going is that trip to the park...that's not really a park but an event place. It makes no sense other than a good secluded place to meet with someone.
