Hi Beane- Maybe the status conference was changed to the 10/27. That's what is listed for both TPS and EJ on the high profile list.

Looks like tomorrow @ 8:30 for Pre-trial conference. From what I gather, cameras will be present, too.

A motion to compel interview was granted. Not sure if this is Salame or someone else. (the court refers to the 10/27/2010 0rder.)
Motion to modify release conditions denied.
Re Motion to Dismiss, prosecutors to respond by 11/01. Reply brief due 11/08. Oral argument 11/22/2010 at 9:30 a.m.
Last day remains March 20, 2011

My Fox Phoenix news just reported on EJ and TPS being in court today but didn't say anything about covering it. Might just have to keep an eye on Twitter.

Trial date set for AZ mother in missing baby case
PHOENIX (AP) — A Maricopa County Superior Court judge has set a trial date for an Arizona mother whose baby has been missing nearly a year.
Elizabeth Johnson is set to go on trial May 9th in Judge Paul McMurdie's courtroom. The Superior Court says the trial is likely to last three weeks.

This case makes me want to cry..... Where are you sweet baby?
I just hope that between now and then they either find Gabriel or find some sort of evidence that proves that he has passed on.
I don't want this crazy person to get a couple of years in the slammer and then be set free.

i have followed this case since day one when i was pregnant. Now since i've had my little one this is so much sadder to me. I would have thought something would have been found out now, but no. my little on is 6 1/2 months. What happend to you baby gabriel??

Now Alcock and Feldman are out. I am just really trying to figure out where this is all going. When they go to court on the 1st., I'm sure there will another delay..Delay,after delay after delay. Geeezzzzz!

I Luv..you too...To me this case went cold a long time ago..My question, and I guess I'll go to Az ..what makes a case go cold ??? I personally think Master Gabe is still alive and with someone who now loves and is caring for him. They being somewhat innocent...if you will...

Why no more insight from the PI's? (IF someone has Gabe and this is a Big If, they need to do the right thing and bring him back to his family).
IF a family has him right now, they are not innocent (IMO)
IMO, EJ must have disposed of him somewhere in the cover of darkness ( this is my No. 1 though right here. )
No. 2 thought is.... if he's still alive EJ probably sold him under the cover of darkness.
either way, what I'm wondering is why are there no witnesses to either of these senereos? (my spelling is off)
