And Byrd, Stitzel and Barnhill went to a local radio station and had a radio show together. I'm sure the radio station saw all 3 of them showing up to do the show.

No, but the radio had personnel who would see whether 2 people or 3 were entering the studio. But I guess they must be in on the conspiracy, too.
Why so harsh? Well, I don't think it is harsh. I do think that anytime you put up things that are blatantly untrue it reduces the value of the thread to be considered seriously. I believe that anytime you libel another person by saying they did something or are something they are not, you endanger the site.
And this one can be proved so easily by the two people involved. At this point, I'm pretty sure that David Barnhill does not want people to think he is Howard Stitzel.
So, if it is a fact, you prove it.

It just sounds too bizarre that Barnhill & Stitzel would be the same person. I mean, Stitzel DID work at the Hwy 60 house practicing law. I did confirm that I was right, cause someone on another board mentioned it and it was posted here much earlier. (I was only reading and looking for information on the other board, I do not post on the other boards on this matter) Also, LE allowed Stitzel to go into said Hwy 60 house and retrieve work files. He cannot be working at 206 Collins with Byrd and at 5732 Hwy 60 as Stitzel Law Group under 2 different names!!!!!!....
And I've seen a photo of the 3 of them together somewhere I think. Maybe Barnhill was in with them before Stitzel left?

Do you have any proof at all that Stizel is Barnhill? I've offered you plenty to dispute your contention. Show me any public document that proves you are correct. And yes, Barnhill, Stitzel, and Byrd did all work together at one time when they were doing the radio show together. By the way, Barnhill is only about 38 I believe. Went to a different law school, admitted to FL bar at a different time. But we've been through all that before.
Read the Power of Attorney for Barnhill's parents. Go back through the threads and you will find we discussed the accident that killed Stitzel's parents a few years back.
And as I said, on Friday I'll just go introduce myself to Mr. Barnhill. Being local makes that easy.

Nope, might not be wrong at all. I agree with there being documents, I saw them already. But a judge is not going to wonder if the lawyer is an imposter, the judge is focused on the case... so the imposter would get away with it. An imposter, can imposter documents, pics, ssn's, obit's, identifications, you name it.... I've seen it! They can do it, and they can use it.

This still does not have them SEEN AT THE SAME TIME.

I am begging you please do not go off on any weird conspiracies. Solid proof. Otherwise do not post it. Theories that do not defy common sense are welcome as long as we don't name innocent people.

Let me tell you something so you can understand where I am coming from.

Every day I fight the image of True Crime Discussion Forums being nothing but nosey housewives and conspiracy nuts posting their wild theories and causing problems.

Because of the quality of posters on Websleuths you and I know this is not true. Not even close

I almost shut down this thread a while ago because it was starting to become ridiculous and embarrassing. I won't let it go that far again.

This is just wrong. How can you prove this? You can't say because two people have never been in a picture together they are the same person.

Guess what? I never saw Michael Jackson and his sister Latoya at the same event. Does that mean they are one in the same?

As I stated, I saw the similarities in the first set of photos, and wondered if it was the same person. Why do you want it to be so that Stitzel & Barnhill are the same person? I mean, you seem pretty adamant in trying to convince, but have nothing to back up your claims.

I'm sure there are PLENTY of people who have rubbed shoulders with Barnhill AND Stitzel at the same business functions. Plant City is not a large town. In fact, it's very small. I'm pretty sure our local magazine has done profiles on all the attorneys in town. People would KNOW if he were one in the same.

At the warrants link above...if you put, for example, "Moore" in the search box and click "Inquire", you get a list of Moore's with warrants. If you notice, the first one on the list (Not DDM), under the column "Issue Date", the date is 1/26/2010...6 days ago. So, while they warn "Felony warrants are posted 7 days after receipt", they probably are posted before the 7 days. I believe that disclaimer is put there as a CYA by the Sheriff's Dept.
