OK - Dora, Wht/NtvAmFem UP5117, In Landscaping Mesh - Heart & Lung Removed, Oct'94
"The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is revisiting a 1994 homicide case in Sequoyah County.
Last month, a Sequoyah County judge granted an exhumation request for the body of an unidentified woman found along I-40 near Dora in Sequoyah County.
The woman's body had been wrapped in landscaping mesh and tied with a rope. Her head was found 15 feet away. According to court documents, the body's chest had a hole measuring about 8 inches by 5 inches and the victim's left lung and heart were missing."

More info, from the archives of the Tulsa World.
"The body was decomposed and could have been lying where
it was found for up to a month.
The victim is described as a woman in her late 30s to early 50s,
with a slender build, 100 to 125 pounds, with gray-brown hair cut
very short. "

This link has a little more info about the victim found in Arkansas that may be related. That victim was found to have lung tissue in her ear canal.
Very Odd.

And more from the Muskogee Daily Phoenix, May 17, 2008
http://www.muskogeephoenix.com/local...l?start:int=15
"There was no clothing found on or near her body. She had been bound around the ankles with cord threaded through a wooden ring, like a drapery ring. She had extensive, professional dental work done that included restoration, a bridge and cap work.
She was believed to have been a mix of Indian or caucasian and Asian, in her late 30s to early 50s. She probably weighed 100 to 125 pounds and was between 5 feet 1 inch and 5 feet 6 inches tall. She had very dark brown and gray hair cut so short it resembled a man's burr cut.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said that at the time, the body may have been placed along U.S. 64D, 1 1/2 miles south of Interstate 40 on Oct. 5, 1994. A witness reported seeing an object wrapped in black plastic being dragged into the woods near where the body was found."
The witness said the man dragging the object was driving a blue 1990s Chevy Blazer with an Arkansas tag, and was slender with brown hair and a mustache.
Apparently she's known as Dora Doe after where she was found.
