Cops send out Candygrams to catch criminals
This is so cool.
It's all at the link. The part I love best is the criminals picked their own time for their Candygram to be delivered meaning they picked their own time for their arrest. LOL

What clever tactics they use now ! It used to be telling people they had won a free TV, or a cruise to the Bahamas (all they needed to do is come pick it up). Of course, the police would be waiting on them. I sort of get a kick out of those shows.
