Upper Darby Superindent Of Police Michael Chitwood called the suspect a je*k off and he meant it literally.

This creep accosted a teen at the 69th street terminal in Upper Darby (not my fave place). The teens sister called for help when the freak asked her sister for a hug and kiss. The teen declined and pervert got more than he bargained for. The girl fought with the man and he punched her in the face.

Luckily police were at the station and arrested the guy. However, they went to process him and found him masturbating in the cell. They only fingerprinted his left hand said Chitwood. He's hoping as part of his sentence they make him come back and clean up his own mess.

Poor girls having to be anywhere near this perv -- his pic freaks me out.

(He should be locked up with the freak who worked at the Safeway meat counter who was 'molesting' himself.

k, it's amusing to me because this man Michael Chitwood was a Philly Detective for years. He's great. He will just come right out and tell ya. People never know what he's going to come out with. He's like the classic old cop ya know? We call them Rizzo era cops. My dad worked with this man for years. I remember him saying what a good, dedicated officer he was.

Glad he got busted though. My DD has to get off at that stop when she meets her beau. I keep telling her it's dangerous. I related the story to her today and she went "Oh yeah can you do my wash for me tomorrow and would you mind if I took that Coach bag with me?"

I should have said "Yeah I mind go ask the guy who is a j*rk*ff because he probably was hanging around there when you were at that stop a million times".

I hope that poor girl is alright. Punched her in the face. My DD would have hit him with something for sure, but only if I was there.

Hah! Funny. And creepy that your daughter has to walk where the scumbag likes to be.

Makes me wonder though, maybe it's part of defense prep. Maybe no one told him that "irresistible impulse" went out as a defense.

Filly--I had to check really quick as I thought they might have located one of my boys. He's my boy who I caught "busy on the front porch (!!!) at 17. He had the audacity to tell me he wasn't done yet. I about died right then and there. I told him to step away from the penis. Good thing I came down the driveway where the hose was. It was handy.

I hosed down the porch too.

When I told my husband and his eight older brothers, I thought they'd never get over it. I think every guy in town has heard the story by now. I can't tell you how many times I've heard, "Man, if I heard my Momma coming down that driveway, I wouldn't have had anything to work with."

And you guys think I'm a meek little thing. I'm good with a hose....and fast.

He's one of no joke I bet 50 of them at a time there. It's a really convenient way to get up to Delaware County. We have an EL like Chicago has and this is one of the busiest stations.

Seriously I worry sick about her when she tells me last minute she's on her way up there. Even though it's busy there's all kinds of creepy people waltzing around there.

For myself I looked up the ross streets they gave for this guy. There's a men's hospice there. It's been there forever. They do really good work, but you're dealing with a whole gamut of problems. Maybe he was living there?

It's also our Chinatown and they have some steep rents up there. At one point the guy did live up where he got busted. He also lived in Indiana. He looks whacked. Whacked. I know it's not funny, but the word fits.

Lucky the girl stood up for herself. Picture that guy telling you he wants a kiss and a hug. That situation could have been a whole lot worse. I'm glad she got help.

Meanwhile no doubt those cops had to be mad. Bodily fluids and all. Who is going to clean that up? You have to admire the nature of how it went down though with the one hand fingerprint. I mean with all the crime here I guess ya have to laugh at something. Watch some Judge let him off easy and he'll be right back out there. He needs alot of help and I don't mean helping himself like he was.

I thought the same thing thus my "whacked" comment.

It would more likely have been crack though if he was coming from the men's shelter. Crack's way more accessible here. In the long run it'd be cheaper too. For one cap I mean. Then well one will become fifteen.

He obviously has mental health issues.

My son has mental issues too, Filly. It didn't stop LE (and male members of our family, out of my earshot) from calling our boy the "Window Whacker". I'm ashamed to say that it still can crack me up. Sometimes, I just have to shake my head and wonder, why me? Then I laugh, give myself a good shaking and say, "Hey Chickie, you chose this!!" I'm still looking for the appropriate 12 step program for moms like me.
