Police Search for Missing Senior

HOUSTON - Police are searching for a missing 67-year-old man who reportedly suffers from dementia.

Hector Avila was last seen around 10 a.m. Thursday in the 5900 block of Clarewood, according to a Houston Police Department Missing Persons statement.

Avila was last seen wearing beige pants, a beige shirt and a white and blue cap, according to the statement.

Anyone with information regarding Avila's whereabouts is asked to contact the Houston Police Department's Missing Persons Division at 713-731-5223.
