Body recovered from San Pablo Bay identified as missing Vallejo man

The Contra Costa Sheriff's Office has identified a body recovered last week from San Pablo Bay as a missing Vallejo man.

It remains unclear whether any foul play was involved in the death of Julius Torres, 31, who had been missing since Feb. 18, sheriff's spokes-man Jimmy Lee said Wednesday.

The department recovered the body April 1.
