JERSEY CITY, N.J. (WPIX) - Nitinkuma Patel had nothing to say as he was led out of the West District station house Wednesday afternoon.
Cops say the 27-year-old man dubbed the 'serial urinator,' terrorized the Bergen Square neighborhood since December as he preyed on young women..
"We've been plagued by a man that's been described as Asian or Middle Eastern," Jersey City Deputy Chief Peter Malbach told PIX News. "He's been going up behind females who were waiting for the bus or just walking and just urinating on the back of their leg."

I know I should not laugh. I KNOW it's wrong!! However, with so much heartache here, I could not help but laugh at this until I had tears in my eyes.
(I cannot tear myself away from here. Did anyone experience that at first?)

I know right ! As I said befor I laughed when I first read this, but then was relieved (no pun intended) that he was caught and so far as we know now did not harm any of the women further then just peeing on their leg.
Definatley needs to be locked up and looked at...

People like him just p**s me off!

omg he would do this between the hours of 7-9 a.m. when the women would be on their way to work or to school. Can you imagine being on your way to work, then somebody pissing on your leg? You'd have to go back home and it would take quite a bit to feel like you'd gotten clean again! What would you say when you'd call work to let them know you'd be late? Heck I wouldn't be late, I'd tell them I wasn't coming in that day.
The last victim was 16, poor thing! I'm glad they caught him.
The article mentioned how now he wont be doing this because he'd be locked up, but I bet you he's still going to do it, there'll be other people around him in jail to, of course he'll get jail justice in there.
A sick sick puppy indeed!

You know, if you neuter the male puppy BEFORE age 6 months, they don't lift their leg. I wish his Momma would have known this.
IMO, this guy needs to have a Life Skills Trainer assigned to him before he can go out in public and he needs to pay for the cleaning bills for these poor women. I agree, he's most likely DD or mentally ill.
