Police have made a renewed appeal for help to find a Leeds United fan who went missing over the bank holiday weekend.
Allyn Grayson, 50, was last seen at the Head of Steam pub on Park Row in the city centre at around 17:30 BST on Saturday 4 May.
Mr Grayson, from Rothwell, had gone to watch Leeds play at Elland Road against Southampton earlier that day, before going to the pub with a friend.
However, he left the pub suddenly without explanation, officers said.
He was seen on CCTV around Lands Lane and Briggate a short time later.

Det Insp Ciaran Burns, from West Yorkshire Police, said: “It is completely out of character for Allyn to go missing like this and we are carrying out extensive enquiries to find him.

Is Allyn looking at his watch in the cctv?

If Allyn is looking at his watch which he appears to do for me, he could have to be somewhere ar a certain time or have arranged to meet someone.
These days, looking at a watch doesn't necessarily mean checking the time. Could be reading emails or text messages, using it for navigation, checking health data, playing music, etc.

hopefully he’s found soon

In this area of Leeds city centre there’s easy access to waterways which is always my concern in cases like this.

A sad update
Officers searching for missing Leeds man Allyn Grayson have found the body of a male.

Police discovered the body in a wooded area close to Hunslet Road and the A61 in Rothwell shortly after 11:20am this morning.

Formal identification is yet to take place, but Mr Grayson’s family have been informed.
