The sentence included 3 years of probation, along with substance abuse and mental health evaluation and treatment. He was given credit for time already served.

When asked if he wished to make a statement in court, Lyons declined. He was remanded into the custody of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and ordered transferred to the Indiana Department of Correction to begin his sentence.

10 year sentence and no explanation of what happened and where little Amiah's remains are is just not enough IMO.
