MI MI - Robin Jobson, 31, Flint, 7 May 1998

Hi missee1343. I was born and raised in Vassar, and this case breaks my heart! Actually both cases and the mystery that still surrounds them. I was so hopeful when the police were digging. Are there any new developments?

Hi everyone! I've been checking back off and on, but it doesn't look like many are visiting this thread very often. Does anyone have any updates? I was so hopeful in 2016 when police were digging at the cemetery. At that time they announced they had reopened the Diener case and were actively investigating both Robin's disappearance as well as Mr. Diener's suspicious death. Does anyone have any updates?

I was wondering if the investigators used ground penetrating radar when they searched the cemetary? Where is Robin??

FLINT, Mich. – A woman who was last seen leaving a Flint bar is still missing 25 years later.

Robin Lynn Jobson, 31, disappeared on May 7, 1998. She was last seen leaving a bar and heading north on Lewis Street in Flint, according to officials.

At the time of her disappearance, Jobson was dating a man who was originally from Kentucky. Her family assumed she had gone to Kentucky with the man, but they haven’t seen or heard from her since she disappeared.

Jobson had red hair and blue eyes. She was about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighed 110-115 pounds. She would now be 56 years old.

From detective:

There were rumors, on the street, that Robin may have been hidden in a house. I assisted in searching 1418 E. Hamilton twice before it was demolished and a third time as it was being taken down. I also had the support of a K-9 but nothing was located.

I wonder why they thought that house? From google maps there appears to be many abandoned buildings.
LE must have had a credible tip, or they wouldn’t have invested the extraordinary effort in that structure. Sounds like someone knows exactly what happened.

The distance of time, people passing on loosen lips. Let’s hope someone frees their burden and speaks up.
