Police also checked possible dumping spots in the winter of 1996-’97 after Mays, only days before her due date, mysteriously vanished from a house she shared with a charismatic cleric and her son.

Hours after Mays was reported missing, police were trying to question Sean Smith, 23, who had sired six children with four women associated with his mother’s church.

Smith wouldn’t talk. But 13 months after the Mays disappearance, Smith was charged with raping girls aged 13 and 16 who, like Mays, lived with him and his mother at the Willingboro cult home.

Celina was due to give birth in two weeks..IMO, this was significant. Sounds like someone didn't want her to have that baby. The whole story of Celina living with this 23 year old Sean (prob the father) and his mother in a cult environment of some sort at age 12 puts up all kinds of red flags for me! How hard has LE looked into this!!??

There are no rule outs on either one. Either one of them is an easy distance to cross, but neither mentions a pregnancy.

Of the 2016 suggestions made above, no Namus ruleout of Celina against UP10773 and UP6317 was identified in 2017.

Lower end of the age range if she survived on the run for a few years; height and weight match; she was pregnant and UID had signs of giving birth or abortion.

@Himako14 Celina does fit many of the key markers, though if she were this Doe it would mean she had successfully gone on to live for a few years after leaving her family and made it all the way to Mississippi. Have you done a side-by-side comparison of data and submitted to the DoeNetwork via their page?

Listening to another podcast on Celina's case (Going West)
Something must have happened to her and she is not alive imo. If she would be alive, there would have not been any reason for her to stay hidden up to today.
She became pregnant and gone just in 2 years after living at fathers home. A lot went wrong in her short life :-(

It bothers me a lot in cases like these... where the child is isolated from the "sin of the world" and ends up pregnant and missing at age 12... If she was kept at home, clearly the adults in her life knew who the father was...
Sadly, I feel it was probably a family member...
I'm concerned it was someone deeply involved in the church... Evangelical churches are like catnip for predators, and this poor girl doesn't seem to be protected at all... If she was a church figure, she may have been disposed of to preserve the church's reputation... I'm very, very, very puzzled by churches like the one described here...
I think she's probably dead...
You were the victim of a church member and family member who should have stood up for you and protected you...

Celina's Namus case MP6370 was updated last week. Still the same 6 ruleouts listed upthread, I can't see what was updated.
