I imagine that even if she took her own life, he significantly contributed to her being in that place that she felt it was her only route. It sounds like she was groomed as a minor and then suffered abuse.
I've heard of instances where children have bullied other children to the point they took their lives have faced charges of assault/harassment etc. I wonder if they will be looking at whether similar applies here.

He took over the ministry in February. Snatched it from her IMO. The new website was uploaded February 29, 2024 (I checked whois) Dare2CareMissions. IMO, a grift--notice he asks for donations toward it in the obituary. $300 to feed a child.
I use tiktok fairly often, absolutely not commenting about any content but this appears it may go viral. Lots of videos.

Why is a church performing a Maroon 5 song?
There is nothing that proves she actually was alone though. Certainly not that unusual for someone to be present threatening someone to say what they want said

Pastor John Paul Miller said the church is in need of a bigger space than its current lot at the old Air Force base chapel in The Market Common, 803 Howard Ave. Since 2020, the church has grown by hundreds of people and now has 700 members.
“There is not a seat available during service,” Miller said. “People stand around.”
Solid Rock also has a private school, Faith First Academy, a summer camp, and other activities that require more space. Faith First Academy currently has around 55 kids and offers kindergarten to ninth grade. Each year, an additional grade will be added until it is a kindergarten through 12th grade school. During the next school year, 10th grade will be added.
When it comes to the new property, Miller said everything is going to be bigger. The church currently sits on a 2-acre lot and will build on a 14-acre lot.
“There will be a bigger gym, a second-floor classroom, a bigger sanctuary, soccer field and everything,” Miller said.
Church members raised around $1 million for the new project. Construction is expected to start in 8-10 months and is expected to finish in 2025. Miller said he hopes to move into the new church in the fall of 2025.

A lot of these “new” churches do this now to attract a younger congregation and be more current. It’s like going to a rock concert.

Because Mica Miller’s divorce papers were filed prior to her death, the portion of the divorce seeking equitable division of assets – basically the individual’s share of the marital estate – survives even if the individual dies. That means Mica’s estate can seek to recover that portion of the marital estate so long as a claim has been filed.
The memorandum in support of installing Mica Miller’s sister as administrator pointed out “it would be impractical for Mr. Miller to be appointed as special administrator, or personal representative, of (Mica’s) estate as he has a pecuniary interest in the outcome of such a claim regarding the marital estate.”
“It is prudent for a third-party to be appointed for this purpose to ensure that the results are equitable to those involved,” the memo added.
The affidavits from Mica’s sister and brother go into further detail about what the young wife was experiencing in the weeks and days leading up to her death. In her affidavit, Mica’s sister — who said she spoke to Mica “every few days” and texted with her daily — stated Mica “expressed the abuse and violence against her by her husband to others, including family members and members of the church congregation.”
According to her sister, when Mica was discharged from the facility – unbeknownst to her – JP Miller had moved her belongings out of the house and all of the evidence she had gathered was “removed from her phone, personal laptop, vehicle and purse and never recovered.”
Mica’s sister says in the weeks leading up to her death, she was very hopeful about her future – but had expressed fear that “she would not make it to the divorce and that her life would be taken from her.”

“I came out today to support her, to support her family, to support her story because her story is important and it needs to be heard,” a rally attendee said.
Mica Miller’s sister told friends on social media to “not listen to false stories being shared about Mica.”
A friend of the 30-year-old said she spoke to Mica Miller multiple times the week she died, and her final text to her on Friday night was not a woman about to die but a woman making plans to live.
“Officers are in the process of gathering information from people in South and North Carolina as part of their investigation into how Miller died,” Major Damien McLean told the New York Post.
