EARLIER I heard Bruce Barket on his weekly radio show : linewsradio.com /Mondays at 6PM to 7. I highly recommend it to you if you are interested in such things.
Mr.Barket brought up the Spota sentencing scheduled for 6/30. He said he doubts if the judge is going to give the 8 years the government recommends. He said such a sentence would amount to a death sentence. Like an old time judge (Ed Torres) said to a defendant when the defendant said he couldn't do all the time he was given the judge said, "Ok, do as much time as you can."
Spota destroyed people's lives that to this day still suffer the consequences of what was done to them. They. will never recover and Spota hasn't at least apologized for what he did maliciously and great delight.
