The Bars, The Bands, & The Photos

http://www.kickercountryclub.com/

Looking too see if the mention who was playing on the night of Jessiah Jameson disappearance/drowning. I am pretty sure it wasn't Drowning Pool though. They were pretty popular by then, touring with a major label I think. Then stranger things have happened.

ETA: Well, Kicker's looks to pretty eclectic when it comes to music. Country plus, tada, Ethann was correct, but off by a little. Drowning Pool DID play at Kicker's in December of 2007. Country and Drowning Pool... wow, that is a HUGE stretch in music taste. LOL

Oh a list of "Club Rules" was found on this site as well.. I thought they were a tad interesting.

Club Rules:
- All Hats Must Be Worn Straight
- All Jewelry Must Be Tucked In
- No Athletic Gear Or Sports Wear
- No Sunglasses
- Shoes Must Be Worn At All Times
- No Gang Signs
- No Excessive Sagging Of Pants
- No Arguing Or Fighting
- No Plain Black or White T-Shirts

No info on the site on who played in 2006 when J Jamison went missing. Going to try to contact the club to see if they have any records of that year.

I am aware of the band Drowning Pool. Very creepy group, aren't they?!

Just a tad. Not as much as you would think with their name, but yeah a bit creepy. I happen to be a big fan of Drowning Pool so I might not look at them quite as objectively as others. They have a ton of great song out and even have a song dedicated to our troops, granted it wasn't a really good song, but I think it's the thought that counts in this instance.

On your feet, who’s with me
On your feet, who’s with me Right

One world, made better, in slaight, hard bitter, there is no compromise, your pain your worth your sacrifice

On your feet, who’s with me
On your feet, let’s go

Every time I see inside you I see myself within you
let’s go

(whoah, yeaheah) This is for the soldiers
(whoah, yeaheah)This is for the soldiers
(whoah, yeaheah) This is for the soldiers
all for one, let’s go

On your feet, who’s with me

Lock tide, hold steady, there it goes stand ready, there is no compromise, your pain your worth your sacrifice

On your feet, who’s with me
On your feet, let’s go

Every time I see inside you I see myself within you
let’s go

(whoah, yeaheah) This is for the soldiers
(whoah, yeaheah)This is for the soldiers
(whoah, yeaheah) This is for the soldiers
one for all, we’re coming

Every time I see inside you I see myself within you, don't let that fade away
Your pride inside of me, your honor inside me, respect inside of inside of me, go

(whoah, yeaheah) This is for the soldiers

kickers get some big names in music .The parking lot was so crowded when i went there i did not bother to stay.No where to park. They have also played in Eau claire i believe.one of the members was suffering from temporary paralysis. If a killer or killers was using something on people maybe eventually they would accidentaly expose themselves to it.a doctor would not be looking for something to out of the ordinary and dignose the person incorrectly.I know that happens.poison like native would use on a poison dart could cause paralysis

Hi this is my first post until now I've just been kind of a lurker. Anyway I live a few blocks from Bootleggers and have gone there on many occasions. The Thomas Booth case always freaked me out. I don't know if I'm convinced that he was a victim of the "smiley face killer(s)" but his death seems suspicious to say the least. I know from experience that Bootleggers kicks out anyone that gets into the tiniest dispute and they do so without allowing you to find your friends. My friend and I took some pictures of the smiley faces behind the bar and the creek if you want to look that them here is the link:

Those are awesome pictures! That graffiti and the smiley face (the one in blue over the word 'beast') seems to be done with a graffiti paint marker. The marker part is thicker than regular markers and sometimes they need to be ordered specially from somewhere online. I hope LE checks that out that angle. It's not a typical smiley, it's eyes and mouth are quick slashes done with marker..

i noticed the "HIDE" taggings
and the one said something about partying or music so loud your brain bleed.

who goes to this establishment?what kind a people?

It was mainly 20 something's from the Delco area, Widener University students, sometimes people from surrounding areas. It started to get more seedy around the time of this case. Since then the bar has rebranded and then finally closed for good a few years ago. Now it's under construction but not sure what's going in there. There is an odd box truck in the parking lot still that hasn't moved in years and it has similar gang like graffiti all over it.. That area in general is very eerie, especially behind the building where the creek is.

The guitar player from Deja Vu. Note the smiley face:

Good job! I think you were on to something about the bands. The smiley face on his shirt is a great find! It's now 2022 and these Midwest white college boy "drownings" are still going on!
