(3) found unresponsive & cold at home on Feb. 12, 2023, Tacoma - *Ivey Marie Lewis aka Divine Ry Chev (25/now 26) arrested (2/13/23), charged & arraigned (2/14/23) with 1 count of 1st degree murder & 2 counts of 2nd degree murder. Plead not guilty. Bond $2M. Pierce County
Trial was set to begin on 3/7/24 continued on 5/16/24. (3rd time trial has been continued).

12/6/23 Update: Omnibus hearing was continued on 1/10/24 @ 1:30pm. Trial readiness status hearing on 2/23/24.
1/10/24 Update: No docket update yet - but looks like her trial has been reset - again... third time. Trial readiness hearing on 2/23/24 was continued to 5/3/24 @ 1:30pm & trial will now begin on 5/16/24 @ 8:30am. 1/10/24 Docket updates: Omnibus Order.
