What a busy week in court! I've been out of the groove for a little while, so bear with me while I get back up to speed.
Looking at
ODCR, Sabrina's preliminary conference was on Tuesday for her Fraudulent Insurance Claim & False Reporting charges. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 24.
Checking in on Con's mom, who was on the phone with Sabrina and Con's aunt the night Colt and Molly vanished, she pled guilty to DUI, Possession of CDS & Transporting a Loaded Firearm charges on March 12 and sentencing is set for July 10. So what happened to her Firing at a Moving Vehicle charge?

Carter County Sheriff Milton Anthony says additional charges against Melissa Nipp Greenroyd have been sent to the DA's office.
Greenroyd is already facing charges of DUI, firearm, and drug charges. Now she could also face charges of firing at a moving vehicle.
Was this charge plea-bargained away? I don't see why. It's a very serious felony charge and they had her dead to rights on it. Witnesses and everything, unless the witnesses weren't willing to testify. Hmm...
Okay, still looking at ODCR, Con's Carter County charges dated January 3 are the ones connected to the night Colt and Molly went missing. I think there might be a typo on his Eluding charge, because it says arraignment is set for April 2, while his arraignment on the Reckless Driving charge and the Motion to Accelerate on his probation violation is April 23. I also notice that subpoenas have been issued, one is to Sabrina and at least one other to a person listed by name.
Con's January 21 charges are from the high-speed chase with the OHP in Love County, and it says he waived his right to a preliminary hearing, so arraignment is set for April 22. I see his attorney has filed a motion to strike the Habitual Offender thing. Good luck with that, lol.
Subpoenas also issued here, listed names include Con's attorney (!!!), and members of the LCSO and OHP. I'm not totally sure who some these people are.
An MSM summary of the week's court activity:

For the second time in a week, James Conn Nipp waived preliminary hearing Thursday on charges that might link him to the disappearance of Wilson teenager Molly Miller and her boyfriend, Colt Haynes...
Nipp also waived preliminary hearing in Love County District Court Monday. In Love County, he faces charges of eluding/attempting to elude police officer, assault with a dangerous weapon and unauthorized use of a vehicle in connection with the same July 7 case.
Next on Nipps court date schedule is formal arraignment. He will appear in Love County District Court on April 22, and a day later in Carter County District Court. He currently is detained in the Love County Jail
Graham is scheduled to appear in Carter County District Court for preliminary hearing April 24. She is currently free on bond pending the outcome of her case.
On ODCR, I notice that the DA listed on Con's Love County charges is the husband of the longtime employer of Con's aunt. A few interesting posts from OFMM:

Molly's cousin PMF says Con's aunt slammed a door in her face at court this week, and Con's mom told him to "keep smiling, baby. P!$$ on them all."
PMF also says she was contacted by the longtime employer of Con's aunt again:

Says the wife explained that her husband is not the DA and is not handling any of these cases at all and has nothing to do with any of it.
Well, alrighty then, but that's not what ODCR says. Would there be a notice of recusal or something listed if he is NOT handling Con's charges? I don't know.

Says she just played the trump card. I hope that means she contacted the state attorney general's office and reported this phone call. And the previous one.
