Yes, he was. But he dropped out.

"February 2012: Rodger dropped out of all of his classes at SBCC because he didn't want to see "all of those beautiful girls I could never have." "When I dropped my college classes, I crossed a threshold that I knew existed, but never actually believed I would cross. It completely ended all hope I had of living a desirable life in Santa Barbara.""

He cannot be pleased no matter what. Even if there are no females in class, he still would complain. He is clearly a constant complainer.

The institute "serves handicapped, developmentally delayed, and under-educated individuals in the areas of independent living, academics and vocational skills."

What institute? He was living in apartments catering to students.

OK link to apartment complex website-

Just a regular complex, catering to college students.

Lets all take a :chillpill:

ETA- This is the correct place, yes?
At least I remember looking at this website days ago through links on here....going to feel like a real dingus if this isn't the place  :giggle:

He was a very unhappy individual, that's for sure.
He couldn't stand anyone else being happy, since he was so unhappy.

Why do you doubt his diagnosis?

When it came out Adam Lanza had that diagnosis I read many posts from many people here I have much respect for explain quite a lot about their loved ones and how much this would hurt so many already already being stigmatized because most people really do not under stand mental illness unless they or someone they love has one. I also did extensive readings on my own. and feel it is more likely to either coexist with Malignant Narcissism. Just my opinion. Also I use to breed dogs and a man who bought one many years ago became my friend. He happens to be the head of the psychiatric department in a great hospital and just an all around great guy and I bounce many of my arm chair diagnosis off of him. That has helped as well in forming MO.

Narcissists and paranoids are never happy. They are bitter and rageful at the world.

If you listen to this Websleuth Radio show at the 20:40 mark, Tina Meier's description of Lori Drew is eerily similar to Elliot Rodger. She describes her as a constant complainer who is unhappy and envious. People were turned off by her. The same description of Rodger. If one did not pay attention, one would think it is him being described. One difference is Drew is not extremely grandiose with a superiority complex like Rodger. She has a severely overinflated ego.

Who cares if a creepy murderer is autistic? It is what it is. Some creepy murderers are autistic and some aren't.

It was reported in the MSM. Have you seen a retraction?

It was reported in msm that he lived in capri apartments, not an assisted living institute. Have you seen a retraction?

The apartment of Elliot Rodger is now also a crime scene, as authorities recovered three bodies from the Capri apartment complex on Isla Vista this afternoon. As of this report, it is unclear whether these three bodies are part of the original reported death toll of seven (including the shooter) or three new victims.

"Rodger was living with roommates at the Independent Living Institute in Santa Barbara, a facility that offers “living skills instruction to help adults with disabilities to live more independently in their communities,” according to the website."

"Provides independent living skills instruction".. nothing about a residential program I can find atm.

Individualized programs utilize the community as the learning environment.

So he was seeing some kind of counselor at the place you linked?
That makes sense then.
Living at Capri but *supposed* to be getting advice on coping from this place.
