I don't think too many insurance plans would cover the negligent destruction of your car's engine. Would you call your ins. company, for example, if you forgot to add oil to the engine for a year or two and it burned out?

I just went to the State vs.Jodi Arias web page and read "The 13th Juror" and his opinion of what the jurors might be thinking and feeling right now. He writes every day as he is attending the trial and was a juror on the Marissa De Vault murder trial in AZ. His writing is excellent.

I don't think Nurmi knows how to ask difficult questions unless they end with "how did that make you feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel?"

I chose D-Day, June 6th as the end date. It's also my birthday and close to when the murder occurred. I DO hope it's a lot sooner though.

Something tells me she might not rule in Jodi's favor thus exposing herself to the real possibility of being overturned by a higher court, because she doesn't really present herself as a kind of person who would take the most pragmatic route.

The safest bet for her in my humble opinion wound be to rule in Jodi's favor, dismiss this case, call for the entire-case retrial and let Jodi be someone else's pain in the *advertiser censored*. At least this is what I would have done if I had been stuck in her shoes.

Seems to me it is a stunt for Nurmi to keep Juan busy running in circles with things that mean nothing, either hoping to trip him up or wear him down. I hope that bulldog stays in the fight and he is as mad as we are.

I agree, it certainly seems that the DT are hoping JM loses focus on what needs to be crossed with the current outstanding "expert" witnesses by keeping him busy with these, imo, nothing but bs arguments/motions etc, to render the witnesses' very biased(largely due to lack of either the facts in the case, or expertise) testimonies useless in the DT's closing.
