The defense will have a guy named John Smith I mean Jones who will testify in disguise. His background will be that he was a high school dropout, but he has been around handwriting his whole life. He owns his own company that has done this sort of analysis for many companies. He is kinda sorta certain it was Travis's handwriting, although he was just handed it last night and didn't really have time to look too closely.

I don't know whether to :laughing: or :scream:.

That reporter should find a source other than Michael Kiefer. As you said, no such images were found on his computer.

I am dying of curiosity as to what will be the subject of court today. We know it isn't Geffner, and it isn't "John Smith" but IIRC Laurence hasn't finished his re-direct (well, technically he was adding nothing new but yet he insisted on plodding on and on and on over old ground). I have a suspicion we will have nothing today or tomorrow.

I don't know if this is the normal way to be interrogated after an arrest for murder, or if it was just because JA didn't "look" like a typical murderer. But in my opinion Flores and especially the female detective kind of coddled JA. She even threw out things that could/might have happened, which JA promptly soaked up and used in all her lies. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they are to blame for any of her lies, it's just that they didn't realize they were interviewing a psychopath. Here are few off the top of my head, but there are many more. The female det. unknowingly gave JA a lot of "ideas"

1. Was there someone else with you, it looks like there could have been two people.
2. Did he get rough with you, and things just got out control
3. Are you trying to protect his reputation

Lol. Nurmi keeps saying images were found. But iirc there were websites that stream *advertiser censored* on the mirror image of the hard drive

In a not so recent hearing Nurmi said he had 14 witnesses. He was refusing to give Juan their names or contacts. Juan said there were 3 affidavits. That left 11 witnesses. Since that time Fonseca, Geffner and Pseudonem have testi-lied. That would leave 8 and Nurmi said they were receiving death threats but then changed that to being cyber bullied. Of course we must not forget JA herself, taking it down to 7.

The trial of Insinuation and Word Play goes on. Or does it just stop dead in its tracks?

Perhaps Nurmi, Wilma and Cha Cha could testi-lie about what all these lying liars told them? Maybe they could just print out pages from the Internet of the statements that nut balls from all over the world have made up to try for their 15 minutes of fame?

IIRC, they also interrupted her when she was about to answer a question or was in the middle of speaking.

I remember saying to myself : wait, wait...she's about to answer....let her finish.
