All the DT is doing is trying to bash up this witness and the jury has to realize what is going on. Deanne is NOT on trial here and she has just proven that the DT lied with the Affidativ. Now the DT is trying to bash her for it.

The DT is the worst DT in the whole world. They have no clue how a jury is perceiving things.

Well if they don't bring that recording tomorrow you can bet Juan will have it ready to go on the Bose.

As soon as I heard them make that insinuation I knew it must have been taken out of context. And it really was. Deanna should just answer the question and say yes I said this but you didn't ask me if I ever had sex with Travis. This is a different question.

Maybe the transcript is really different from the audio somehow? I can't see her being difficult if she didn't have a good reason.

She is going to be every bit as horrible and condescending to her sweet sincere self as we would expect. And Deanna will take it and answer honestly. And the jury will take this home with them tonight.

I bet that DR worked this out with JM beforehand. I don't think she would have done this and gone out on a limb all by herself. I am sure they knew that JW was going to try and call her out as a 'liar' from the interview. So they blocked them and insisted upon an audio version, which points out her distrust of the DT. Which is understandable, because she just got through testifying that she was out of the country during the time they first accused her of being in a physical fight with TA.

So she sounds logical and rational when she says, " let me hear the audio--did you bring it with you? " LOL -WELL PLAYED!!!!!

IIRC Nurmi handled Deanna in the original trial and he was very gentle with her while eliciting her testimony. He even gave a big sigh when he was finished with her testimony and walking back to his chair because he knew he was outing her as to having had sex with Travis. I actually liked him at that moment. I am surprised JW is going at Deanna with teeth bared.

100% agree.
I wonder if there actually IS a discrepancy between the audio and the transcript, or if that was just another little gem to drive JW bonkers.
Either way, I love it.

Then MDLR goes to counsel table and pow wow with JW and JA. As two watchers are leaving one says,"... Sure made her look like a fool." But I have no idea who she was talking about, or who the Jodi supporters are for that matter.

A couple here, a senior couple man in wheelchair are discussing that "Jennifer must have had her oatmeal this morning." Hmmm. Maybe too much coffee.

I don't understand why the minute JSS calls court adjourned for the day and the jury has left the room, that JA isn't immediately removed from the courtroom by her "handler" but is instead allowed to mingle and gossip with her attorney and "mitigation specialist" about the day's proceedings.
