Hollinger yes, they brought him in, put him in jail, and obviously were not able to connect him to the vehicle used or identified by Jared. Was it not even worth doing a search of his property for the scanner, clothes the perp wore that night, and more? Did they execute a search warrant? If not, then he most likely was turned in by his family who had a wrongful fear, over a sketch that has never actually even resembled the perpetrator. Forgot to scroll down and just seen the first name on the page. As I'm sure you're aware, there are people in Kiwi Court that go by that name...one who happened to be question a few times by police.

All of Hollinger's records were destroyed by order of a judge (as far as his double arrests). There is no other criminal record online that we could find, but there were some things in his past that can't be repeated on here. IMO, the combination of that past and him resembling Jared's sketch was what triggered his arrest. I'll try and find a link, but I remember seeing that several people had called in tips with his name just because he resembled Jared's sketch. (For whatever that is worth, because we all know lots of people resemble that sketch with the hat.)

It was "happening" everywhere.

This is why there isn't just a single perp to focus on. I recently heard from a man who said when he was 11 years old, living in Owatonna, that he was followed by a man in a red Ford Escort station wagon 3 separate times, a week apart. It occurred in November 1988 or 1989. He and his grandfather filed a complaint with the local police, and the traced the car to a Wisconsin man, and didn't follow up at all after that. LE just didn't know how to handle this kind of thing back then...

Who knows if they followed up or not. They may have been building a case. Following a kid is not a crime. You cannot be detained for no reason. That is the way it is here.

Since you have listed your case, you were released the next day once the balisstics did not match the gun used in the murder.

There were so many things that indicated it could be you that did it, they had no choice . Then you were released the next day.

You may want to reread the newspapers so you have your facts correct ma'am. The one thing you got correct is yes, I am very fortunate to have a mother that cares. I'll save you some time,,,,I sat for 5 days...with absolutely nothing to suggest I did anything. No need for ballistics when the shotgun shells they found immediately in the parking lot won't come close to fitting in the .40 handgun I was licensed to carry, or the .556 rifle I owned either. That's why I tell everyone not to believe these people on their words alone, they'll make you look a fool. I would think as you, the general public, would want answers as to what happened that night. Maybe they should have listened to the eyewitness....right Captain Pam??? How about you give them a call and ask when they will be honest with the public. Tell them to show you the suicide note, tell them you want answer, and for God's sake, get your facts straight, you're almost as bad as the media! I'll offer you the same challenge I offered them. Show me the probable cause?????

He was tied by the skech, but Jared said a few months ago his guy is in moose lake. If Jareds perp is DAH then that skech becomes bogus and so does hollinger. Do you know if LE found reason to perform a search warrant on his property?

Or maybe the underwear in his car is why they reported him. He did drive different vehicles from RD Miller. Anyone remember what an RD Miller license plate looks like?

Dealer or logo-style license plates – they may have had red and blue letters on a white background – were mounted on the rear of the car. It was seen a week before the abduction in an area west of the abduction scene.

You know nothing either. You don't know the facts and you don't know the standard of probable cause. No evidence of murder. It's the highest standard in law. Fair game? Lying on an affidavit of probable cause is not a fair game, and that info comes straight from a police officer who wants to have their good name restored and the trash gone. Do a little research instead of playing video games....those games are melting your brain.

How about the fact they spent over $500,000 of taxpayer money searching a river for a gun that wasn't there, is that alright. Eyewitness said the vehicle went west, the river was east! First officer was on the scene in less than 2 minutes. Could I have ran a block, hid the weapon where 100 cops can't find it, return to my apartment and completely wash myself free of all gunshot residue??? NO, impossible. Swat team leader that entered my apartment was quoted as saying, "I've seen people who were sleeping, I've seen people who were pretending to sleep...this guy was sleeping." I've said it before, it scares me as it should everyone else that people that think the same way you do are actually put on juries to decide ones guilt. You refuse to look at facts and evidence, think you and your copper buddies know it all. I'm sure this will get modded like every other time I question peoples ignorance. It's strange they would mod me for that being it's 100% legal, but comments flat out calling someone an abductor of children stay which is illegal based on our laws of defamation. Don't go through life blind folded by ignorance, you might miss something, or worse yet, have it bite you in the *advertiser censored**.

1. Ignore news media because it has no effect; i.e., stop relying on old newspaper articles, or turning to media personalities to try to prick someone’s conscience or revive long-lost memories.
2. Pick a suspect.
3. Was the abduction similar in M.O. to prior known criminal acts committed by the suspect?
If your answer to #3 is "NO", then go back to Step#2

4. What was the suspect’s location during the three hours following the abduction?
5. Is that location rural and more than a quarter mile away from the initial contact site? (i.e., stop focusing on the site of the abduction, footprints, tire tracks, etc.)
6. Did investigators thoroughly search within 200 feet or less of that location to recover a concealed body? In 72 percent of cases, that is where the concealed remains of the victim are located.
7. Get off your @$$ and search there, using tools/technology appropriate to that specific location.

No body (dead or alive) = no criminal prosecution in MN.

Follow the seven steps above, recover the remains.

Anything else is a waste of time.

i question whether the address for jared's assault is correct. It was reported to be 4 to 5 miles outside of town which would have been hollinger's trailer was 4 miles from pioneer park. I was thinking more to the west of his trailer as in the area by these radio towers this photo. Jared didn't sound 100% himself.

What is so distinctive about a farm light/yard light?
I thought I had heard something about a red tower light and also it was 4 - 5 miles out of town. Hollinger's place is 4 miles. The tower I pointed out is 4.5 miles with a gravel pit a half mile west. That just seems too close to town. I just take eyewitness accounts with caution especially with young people. Certainly not saying he's wrong by any means. The area you pointed out has always been a gravel pit like area.

Any thoughts on direction of JW's last print Tracker? I put photos together to illustrate. Match the boxes in side by side Orange to orange, purple to purple, pink to pink. You'll see the painted circle stays on the gravel on that side being the southside.

Why were reporters on a crime scene? It is really light out. In MN in Oct, it is pretty dark in the morning. I forget what time the sun comes up.
