"Police asked for help Sunday in their search of a 40-year-old schizophrenic woman from Arcadia, who went missing earlier this month.

Huong Tuyet Vu was last seen on Aug. 4 at a court hearing in Santa Ana, according to her family.

Since that time, she has not been seen by her family and her cellphone has been disconnected."

Saturday, August 29:
14. At approximately 3:40 p.m., an officer responded to the front counter of the Arcadia Police Department regarding a missing persons report. The missing person was last seen on August 4th in Santa Ana. The missing person is Huong Vu, a Vietnamese female from Arcadia, who suffers from Schizophrenia. Vu has not been located as of the date and time of this report.

Lakewood is pretty far away, but sort of a midpoint between Santa Ana and Arcadia. I wonder how Houng was getting back to Arcadia. I haven't read anything about her transportation arrangements. I'm also wondering if Houng spoke English. I can't find anything in SM, nor her family.

I hope there isn't s serial situation going on here.
