Police said she was at a bar on the Lower East Side with a friend prior to her ending up at the building in Chelsea, but it's unclear what she was doing there.

Detectives from the 10th Precinct spoke to her husband, but do not believe he is involved in her death, Sanchez reported.

Right now, police are questioning a tenant who lives in the building where her body was found but no suspects have been named.

Later, all three were in the lobby before the building resident sprinted off, sources said. The second man hung around long enough to call 911 before he also fled.

Sure doesn't sound like her husband had anything to do with it. She was seen been carried to the lobby by two men (neither of them her husband). Sounds like she overdosed and they carried her to the lobby and got an ambulance for her (anonymously).

Nonsense, imo that owner only knows nickname of subletter.

Others live in the building, and could be placed in a vulnerable position. It's not exactly a private home.

Won't be long before owner is pushed out of her coveted Chelsea apartment imo

Sounds like she was having an affair and told her husband she was just going into the city to go out and stay with friends. I wonder which 'friend/friends' she told her husband she was staying with and if she was with any of them at all that night or just used that as a cover up for a rendezvous with her lover?

Also, I am interested to hear what drugs they were doing as it seems like she would have to have quite a lot if it was just cocaine. You would think a wife, a mother of 3 and a doctor would not being doing the amount of drugs to cause an overdose but who knows. Either way, very very sad and sad that they didnt seem to get her help immediately either, comes across as they were taking precious time figuring out what to do & not get in trouble.

Does anyone know who she was out with, what bars they went to and/or who is this "producer" they speak of and how they met etc.??

Holder has been arrested twice before. He was busted for drug possession back in 1986 and for criminal possession of a weapon in 1993, the sources said.

I thought the age being off was weird at first but he spells his name Marc with a 'c', he is an HBO producer that has been Emmy nominated AND him and the victim are friends on Facebook. I would find it hard to believe that this is not THE Marc Johnson they are investigating just bc the age is off by a few years. Either IMDB or the news most likely has his age wrong no?
